I formerly practiced law as a Deputy Public Defender, and it was very stressful work. My days were spent in court, in front of often irritable judges, defending people who didn’t know how to keep out of trouble.
In the evenings, after work, I’d go home so tense that I’d feel sick. Then I’d lay down and do a relaxation practice and before long I’d feel healthy and creative again.
Thus began a 20 year period of intensive learning on how to cultivate a relaxed mind and access the amazing resources available to such a mind, including enhanced creativity, memory, intuition, health, joy, love, and pure aliveness.
I’ve spent literally thousands of hours studying how to help people discover and experience the treasure they have within themselves.
